Before I begin I'm going to put in a caveat here that I already know most noobs will ignore, and it's this: if you're an unattractive and cowardly person with poor social skills looking for the magic pill or pheromone to take away your fear of rejection and make you irresistibly attractive to women, using mones or looking for any other solution other than fixing your broken self will just retard your progress as a man.
That out of the way, here are some things that I've found help in certain circumstances to improve sociability. These are the least dangerous chemicals I've found but you will still need to do your own due diligence and experimentation as fucking around with brain chemistry is not without risk and impacts everyone differently.
Sulbutiamine. This is great for a general mood boost and helps with motivation but is also as a feel good substance that makes social occasions more enjoyable and can make you more outgoing. It impacts dopamine and feels like a cleaner and more effective version of Bad Wolf self effects. Some users say that the self effects wear off after a while, but in my experience at a low dose taken consistently, the self effects stay pretty consistent. I would take a few weeks off after dosing for a month though. It can sometimes cause some mild depression for the first few days off it, so avoid if you are prone to that kind of thing.
Uridine monophosphate. Another nootropic that has an effect on dopamine. It should be taken with b vitamins and a choline source may help (either from food or supplementation). This is something that has to be taken daily but increases wellbeing, a desire to be sociable, and gives me some of that extroverted energy that can be useful in some situations. It can increase impulsivity which is good if you're on your head a lot of the time, but perhaps not so good if you have poor impulse control already.
Aniracetam. It's a nootropic known to increase sociability. I don't get this, but I find it very useful to increase verbal fluency. It's great for making shooting the shit feel effortless, but also good for overcoming writers block.

This is a good topic. What is helping me through was Apigenin with L-theanine. Apigenin is balances cort levels and chamomile tea is relaxing. Definitely going to look into the other recommendations.
I take GABA for relaxing and self-confidence effect. It also helps me with my dopamine drops when I withdraw fapping. But didn't noticed any side effects yet except there tingles overall body on onset. It also help me with approach anxiety.

I've tried this. I became extremey social during my concerts and was able to multitask talking and playing the guitar but it made me gab too much. Also consisted use lead to me having the chills every morning which is why I stopped it.
I find I get much better results recording and performing using pheromones than nootropics.
Armodafinil (I like this better than regular modafinil, fewer side effects like headache)
Modest mood boost, more energy and more sociability. Without being jittery or overstimulated.
Start low, 75mg
One thing I'd like to add is pheromones are better than Nootrop's because they don't get into your digestive system and bloodstream where the effects can be serious if there are problems. Pheromones can be worn depending on what your goals are, social, alpha, sexual and can be washed off the same day usually when you don't need that effect anymore.
I have tried music recordings with nootrop's and pheromones and my performances were always better with the latter.
Just some food for thought.

I disagree. Compounds can get into your blood stream via respiration. Given some of the rapid mood changes I've had from some mones, I would guess some of these are potent neurosteroids [1] that can cross the brain-blood barrier and are active at microgram quantities.
Ever been hit with dienone depression?
There's a company doing clinical trials with a pheromone compound [2] for social anxiety. Their papers claim this stuff gets into neurons.
[1] Neurosteroids, also known as neuroactive steroids, are endogenous or exogenous steroids that rapidly alter neuronal excitability through interaction with ligand-gated ion channels and other cell surface receptors
