I have been lifting lately and without mones getting hot women moaning when they come near me, young 20's tall curvy blondes making eye contact with me and sticking out their tongues and wiggling it without any fear that I look at them.  My pants are falling from the fat loss exposing my underwear a little from behind.  I'm hearing moans. One girl pinched my butt.

I'm starting to conclude weight training without mones defeats mones.

This could be because our recent discussion on women's VNO post Covid, declining social skills, and bad manners.

Social media like IG promotes the hottest and sluttiest looking models dressed in thongs.

It could just be I'm on my path to a gold  mine. 

Physical attraction trumps social skills. 

At least for the opening I see nothing beating transforming your body.

Skinny athletes with no curves who are good at sport don't get this initial attraction.

Size matters.  Increasing penis size matters too through heavier weights and cardio for big erections.

Just like I like hb9's who have T&A women like men who are strong.

I think this defeats being skinny and ripped too, unless your on a beach.

I'm currently 5'8" and 200 lbs looking to transform to 5''9" and 180 lbs  while getting bigger AND leaner.

Mones are having little effect these days. 

Keep pumping iron...,, the visual in women has NOT been lost post Covid unlike the VNO.

At the end of the day the visual sense is far more powerful than the olfactory in all human beings. Pheromones can help, but cannot do everything for you.

It's why when we're asked if we are more dominant in visual, audio or kinaesthetic, and never olfactory and taste, because the first 3 are the primary and dominant senses.

I did an experiment yesterday.

I tried to do a high intensity workout with 15-20 reps and 3-4 sets for 30 min and found out the next day my stomach went soft, I lost a little muscle and put on more water weight from carb cravings from keeping the heart rate high.

I got ZERO looks from girls today, my legs look skinnier, sex drive vanished, and my joints hurt more.

I think this is proof.  For men over 50, strength training the whole body with one set for 15-20 exercises with heavier weights improve size, muscle hardness, libido, and gives less joint pain. 

High intensity cardio is counterproductive as the body can become very catabolic at this age.

I'm going to hit the gym tommorrow and go back to lifting heavy circuit training and see if women start moaning around me again, if libido goes up and if I start gaining muscle, getting harder muscles, and my leg feels healthier with less joint pain. (Remember I broke my leg 6 months ago)

If what I think comes true I would have rediscovered the secret to getting sex from young , hot bodied women again and will be able to approach and lead with confidence knowing they are having sexual thoughts when I'm around them and possibly getting wet.

WTF kind of gym do you frequent?

You're an adult. How are you planning to increase your height?

You're an adult. How are you planning to increase your height?

Traditional free weight , machines, and cardio machine gym.  No fluff, just results.

My penis size always gets a boost when I add in heavier weights and more cardio.   Proven fact better blow flow which cardio can give you, can maximize erections adding an inch or even more.  Heavy weights increase T levels adding to sex drive.

Height can't be increased after adulthood, but exercise can improve POSTURE a great deal increasing height by 1" even though you're not technically growing anymore.

Also keep in mind I'm on androgel TRT so I have a strength and fitness advantage over most men 50+.  I can put on muscle and lean out  just LOOKING at weights.

Update? Did you get hits after returning to heavy lifting?
