Title: Can we talk about meditation?
Post by: Dsouza on Jun 12, 2025, 04:50 AM
How many of you do it regularly?

How many of you think it helps with seduction?

Describe the way you practice it if you find it useful for you.

Meditation is knowing that you're not the voice in your head. You're the one listening to it. Meditation is allowing thoughts to fly away like the wind. Not attaching to the thought or voice but simply observing. Focusing on your breath places you in the present moment. Not the past or future but the present moment.
That voice is your mind, but it's not you.  You're the listener.   The mind is a great tool but a terrible master.

This is a weird question.

How is it possible to meditate if you're constantly thinking about seducing women?

Take a chill pill!

Meditation is not only about focusing on your breath and your body or staying out of your head.

Meditation is also largely focused on observational exercises.

I learned these meditation techniques from one of the greatest seducers in Hollywood.  And no it's not Ross Jeffries but one of his early pupils.

Meditation specifically for the process of being able to be in touch with the woman you're seducing so you notice everything about her and can seamlessly converse with her without ANY pickup lines or memorized script simply because your so attuned to observing everything about her and your environment.

Conversation literally feeds off these two things, and the more you're in the present able to notice things about her and about your environment the better you get at talking to her without ANY pre-meditated script or even conversational topics. None of that even exists.

It's about being OUT of your head , and noticing everything about her and your environment, not being in your head and focusing on your breath and each muscle of your body.

Many people think the latter is called meditation, and while it is, it is not the ONLY form of meditation.

The more your able to notice about her and your environment, the more natural it is to have a conversation with a woman in the moment.  The more genuine and authentic the conversation the more likely it is to be believed.

I'm currently dating and sleeping with a 26 yo dead ringer for Megan Fox all because of these meditation techniques.  And TLG.  The magic elixir of seduction.

The one tantric meditation (and similar derivatives) for seduction were basically something related to focusing on the root chakra first and then the heart chakra, drawing energy in and moving it up to the heart chakra.

Now some women are more root chakra based (which is where aggressive sexual mones work well) but most women work better through the heart chakra.

Largely? No it's not.

Meditation is about clearing your mind.

But you are inside your head micromanaging everything about her and her environment.

That is not meditation.

You obviously know nothing about the subtle nuanced art of meditation. You only understand definitions coming from mainstream media.

Like I said observational exercises which require being OUT of your head are really a HUGE part of meditation.

This goes beyond the classical definition of meditation which originated from eastern countries.

You're getting concentration and meditation confused with each other.

You don't even know about etymologies of words.

Early on when I was first learning pickup meditation helped a lot.

Now, not so much as I don't have counterproductive thoughts come up that get in the way of seduction.

I'm more focused on strategy, tactics, executing properly when I'm meeting women.

Good topic, Hard to talk about because its so broad and means so many things to so many people. I'd say I use about 6 kinds. I've probaly experimented with another 6. Today I mostly use it to touch various powers of the unverse. The problem with talking about it openly is that your best friends push books your way about how to eliminate spiritual grandiosity, your evangelical friends send you to hell and even other fellow travelers can think you a bit dafter than they. That just happened, that book thing. Being sent to hell hasn't happened for months I was describing a Gnostic meditation that went further than elementary breathing styled meditation. Gnostics have some nasty heretical history if you breath a word in certain denominations.

I am not a fan of counting, regulated breathing or metal transmutation of various geometric shape or symbols but If I say this, there I go again, I am offending those who like that. I guess I don't really dislike them as much they are hard and don't lead me to where I want to go, namely being ablt to touch those forces I've talked about.

Some stuff works but if one jumps into it to fast, you aren't ready to relax with those forces. They can feel dangerous and perhaps even are when they split your current reality. Before one goes somewhere, they should be versed on the way back.

And then there are the dangers of isolation and enough endorphins and dopamine being produced as to become addictive. I stay away from the meditation videos and soundtracks because I can easily lose hours as well as all motivation to engage with the real world. Its a bit like people being addicted to social media. It takes a while to see the harm.

I learned a different sort of meditation that has you walking a path you are reading about and engaging every sense in each sentence before moving forward. Stories can take a while to traverse the path this way but they become very rich and internalized. I repeat every sentence one at a time back to myself, I peek at the words if I can't remember them while I roll through each sense, seeing, hearing feeling. Since we are phero, I'll mention to try to sense smells as well, and taste if it applies. My take is this lights up more places in the brain that just concentrating on one thing.

Here is another version of My SDT memory palace written as a meditation in this manner so as to help since I doubt anyone here wants to read 500 year old books.
