Placed an order over two weeks ago. Looks like it hasn't shipped yet.

Placed an order with expedited shipping on March 22nd.

Got an order confirmation email but then no shipping notification.  On March 27th I emailed them about the order.

I got a tracking number email on March 28th.  But that tracking number is still in "Label Created" as of today, which means the label was paid for but the package hasn't been scanned by UPS yet.  Sent them another email a couple days as it is well past 2 weeks.  Also tried their chat on their webpage.  No response.

Pretty disappointing.

I ordered something from AF with non-expedited shipping and got it in only 1.5 weeks. and they're 5700 miles away in Estonia and AlphaDream is only 99 miles from me

Would have been nice if their website stated this because I would not have spent the extra $9.99 on expedited shipping.   Also would be nice for CS to reply to my emails.

I have to be honest, it's stories of customer service (or slowness with it) that makes be apprehensive about posting coupon / discount codes for them. It seems that for quite a while that service has been a bit lackluster.

Actually AlphaDream don't reply to emails at all, their customer service sucks. But in this case products and customer service are 2 totally different things...

However, my last order took 29 days to arrive in total and it took AD 15 days to actually hand the products over to USPS, so I wouldn't lose hope yet, though it seems it's taken 3 weeks in your case.

My order arrived today.   I knew something wasn't right because something was rattling inside the box.

As I opened the inner box, my heart sank.  The bottle was broken at the neck.  The sprayer and the neck were broken clean off.   Not a drop of juice left.   

The outer box and the inner box were fine, I just think they didn't put sufficient padding inside the inner box.

Anyway, I sent pics to their sales@ email address and the website chat.

Does anyone have any other email addresses for them?

I was really looking forward to trying out L2K.

Please let us know if they rectify the situation. I bought all the men's products around Christmas and they arrived quickly and safely through USPS... Hopefully, I wasn't just lucky.

Ouch, that's unfortunate! My bottles were fine when I ordered last year but I had 2, so maybe they used more wrapping.
Btw, what product was it?

And regarding emails, I actually mentioned above already but AlphaDream DON'T respond to emails. If I were you I'd try to message them on Instagram, they didn't reply there either but at least they are active there, so probs chances are higher.
And you could try to message Chris of AD on Facebook as well, tho chances that he replies are slim.
