Is True Pheromones still in operation? Did they scam me?

I just had a bad experience where I paid them and they didn't fulfill my order. No communication, nothing. Might have to do a chargeback.

I know their site is old, very mid-2000s vibe.

But I saw reviews on there for their pheromones that were dated 2025 and 2024. So I figured they must still be in operation, a lot of these pheromone companies have very "web 2.0" feels to their websites so I didn't think anything of it. 

I bought True Trust, because I've been dying to try a mone with OXY in the blend. I also added their upsell of copulins.

I got one order notification email. This was on June 1st. Then nothing. No shipment notification, no order update, no communications at all. I tried reaching out using the portal in my account on their site, and zero responses. I tried replying to the automated email that sent me the order confirmation, and nothing again.

It's been a week and a half. I have heard zilch from these people. Has anyone recently ordered from True Pheromones or did they basically just take my money and run?

Going to do a chargeback on my card if I don't hear from them. But it's a bummer because it's SO hard to find a pheromone with OXY.

Some vendors are like that with no tracking number or correspondence.   I'd give it some time

They're terrible at communicating but they'll get your stuff to you eventually. You can try emailing info@truepheromones.com if you haven't already, the contact form on the website doesn't get any response. I think last time it took about 2 months from the time I placed my order to arrival.

Wow, 2 months? Lmao that's crazy. Good to know they didn't ghost me. Would have been great to have a heads up though.

I'll just wait it out then 🤷🏻�♂️ I really want to try True Trust. I haven't seen any other mones with OXY that got reviews like that.
