I found their customer service to be great.

While it took a few days for them to ship my order, it wasn't too bad. 
It ended up getting lost in the mail for a week, so I messaged them, and they shipped a replacement right away at no cost to me.

The first package surprisingly ended up arriving today - I was surprised it arrived at all after being lost for a week.

Their prices for 10 ml are somewhat higher, but not too terribly so.

I placed an order with them back on June 10th.

Now it is 9 days on from there and my order is still showing as just "confirmed" with no shipping information.

Anyone who has ordered from S1ck in the past I have a question. Do they usually take this long to prepare your order before they ship? My order is only two 10ml bottles and one full sized bottle.

I messaged customer support and haven't heard anything back from them yet.

EDIT: just confirmed with my online banking that the payment has been processed to my credit card already.

More info to my post above.

I emailed them about my order.

Dante replied. Said it got sent back to them. Wrong address. Seems as if my computer auto-filled additional address details in my order that made it incorrect.

I have rectified the problem and re-sent an email with my correct details to Dante. Hopefully this order should now be shipped to my correct address in Australia soon.
