Title: Will there be a journal section?
Post by: SargeMaximus on Dec 22, 2023, 04:53 PM
Hi all, just found this new version. Wondering if we will get a journal section so I can continue to log my phero journey.

There is a journal section in the men's and women's section. Normally to get there the requirements are the same as the old PT, however, if we see an old PT member who had access to it in the old PT and contributed we just let them have the access anyway. Check now if you have the access.

Not sure if I'm just overlooking it or what, but I'm only seeing the Women's Journal subsection and not the Men's?

As Tracer mentioned, new members won't see the Journals area until they've contributed to the forums before they come visible. Members that were able to be verified from the old PT may, at administrators' discretion, have early journal access. Don't know how you can see the women's journals as I've check and it's unavailable to newcomers.

Oh ok thanks, Yeah that's why I was confused because I figured I'd be able to see both or neither, not just one

Any chance you can send me a screenshot via PM? I looked at things yesterday and can't figure out why you'd be seeing any of them at this point. Pretty strange.

You guys were correct. Had to log in as a regular use to see some settings were improperly plugged in. All journals will be visible as the appropriate level of user engagement now. Sorry for the confusion.

Hey! I was a long time surfer of the old forum but never really joined. What was the process to gain visibility to join the journal section?

Contributing to the community through ongoing meaningful and positive participation with your posts. After a period of participation you'll be able to access the journals sections, where you'll be able to start your own chronicles and read about the journeys of other members.
