So, you've decided to start a journal to keep track of your adventures in pheromones. That's great! Here's some helpful suggestions to make your journal meaningful, but to allow fellow community members to assist you with suggestions:
Introduce Yourself:
Introduce yourself. Provide some background on yourself such as age, ethnicity, height, etc. It's no secret that pheromones react with one's own body chemistry so these details help. It also helps in understanding how members of the opposite sex may interact with you. Mention how long you've been using pheromones, what got you interested and any experience you've had prior to starting your journal.
The Devil Is In The Details:
So many times we've seen people make reports in their journals only to leave out important details. Remember to keep track of the elapsed time (i.e., delta time) between when you've applied a product and when you've came across you target (intended or unintended target). The time difference between application and running across a person can help in understanding dispersion into one's own pheromone cloud. Also, remember to mention amount (x number of sprays or drops) as well as application points (i.e., forearms, back of neck, etc.). These all help!
Have Fun!
Part of the fun in making a journal is to see how you grow in your personal journey. It's also great when others in the community can comment along the way, making suggestions to improve things or having them share similar experiences with their own journeys.
