Edit: on second glance, it seems there are pickup wands visible....def could be a gel product.
My experience with samples were gel bottles didn't have a pickup tube (as the bottom would slide up when gel was dispensed) and the tube was there for liquid bottles. Have an OD sample and there's no tube in the bottle.
