So this product review has been a while coming
I would describe Monestor as heightened sexual tension and disinhibition in a bottle.
All I need is 1-2 sprays, and women tend to get sexually fidgety around me. I've noticed a lot of blatant uncrossing and crossing of their legs (always seems to be when they have shorter skirts or shorter dresses on), trying hard to get you to look at them. On a few occasions (I can remember 3 very clearly) they also started fondling and stroking their legs and thighs in front of me (clear signs of interest) often in non-appropriate situations which makes it all the more obvious they want your attention and your eyes on them.
The social and physical disinhibition is there too, but it seems a lot more powerful compared with P83. I've had women touch me straight away after opening conversation with them, one darker skinned girl from the subcontinent put her legs on my lap at a social function (like an ownership gesture). Women also get more verbally disinhibited and are happy to talk about topics they generally wouldn't talk about in a certain setting. Plus women qualifying themselves to me and asking me a lot of personal questions about me. It seems to cause a lot of curiousty about you in their heads.
Not to mention the looks and eyes I get from people, mostly women, when out in public.

So in other words you want a product to do the heavy lifting for you
All the greatest ONS products do : M3X 2017, L2k 2014, Evolve, Overdose, Ensnare etc. They go from social to sexual over the course of many hours leading to a SNL ONS. They ALL take game into consideration.
GAME = Attraction + Intimacy + Seduction.
You can't go from Attraction to Seduction and miss Intimacy.
A good ONS Fcloser should take into consideration ALL 3 stages and evolve as the night is progressing.
Monestor seems to be like a more forgivable version of AV. Attraction plus close but skipping comfort.
Luckily I have access to RJ SS as I purchased the course a couple of years back. If intimacy doesn't seem natural while wearing Monestor I will have to look into Mr HV's advice of using SS along with it.

It is like a spray version of AV in some ways, but in other ways it's not.
It will give you a social spotlight effect like AV does and all eyes will be on you. However it is way more disinbiting than AV is, which is a big plus for me when going for the close.
I don't believe it raises my T levels like an enone product, although least to me it doesn't feel that way. I know the difference between wearing, say DP, than when I wear Monestor. DP I can feel that T boost, not as pronounced, if not at all with monestor. I get charismatic when I have it on and yes, I do feel a libido rise when I put it on, especially initially after I apply it.
Monestor arrived last night. I look forward to stringent testing over the next 8 weeks. This one's a complex product. Reports in my journal.
