I've worked out alone a lot over the years.   I always thought I could figure out getting in shape without the need to hire a trainer.   Why waste the money, I know it all?

heh, well I paid for 4 sessions with a trainer recently and it has been a revelation.   For one thing I never pushed myself hard enough.  I thought I was.   Another thing is my form needed correcting big time.

Anyway, well worth the expense!

Unshaken works wonders, shaken does not. I think there is an issue with molecule settling in the bottle. Unshaken it will be from now on when I use it.

yeah seems like there's some component floating to the top away from the sprayer inlet that is detrimental to the blend AND/OR the densest components are the ones doing the work.

I'll see if I can find the densities of the ingredients later.

I wish I had gotten unscented Ikore. My Sex Magnet scent struggles to diffuse in winter (LOL). For scented pheromones, avoid getting scented versions if you can because some fragrances work better for winter and some for summer. By choosing unscented pheromones, you can cover them with any fragrance you like depending on the season to ensure efficiancy for all seasons

agree. Also some of the scents can be just bad. I learned this the hard way with old Glace.   I got vanilla thinking it would be neutral and work safe, but it reeked of cheap dollar store candle.   Unwearable.

what sort of changes have you seen in your personality?

So far, only Xist smells good to me unscented.   I mentioned in my journal that it smells like petroleum to me.   I'm wearing it almost all the time now.

OD gel is ok but it doesn't smell like anything.

Nude also doesn't smell like anything to me.

There's outfits that will give you T and bring it up to the top of the range for a healthy male.   Mine was about 500 and the target is 800.   They also give you HCG to prevent your balls from shrinking so your body doesn't stop making its own indigenous T.

I'm at week 4 and I'm starting to feel results.  My muscles have gotten a lot bigger from working out, which was always a problem for me.   I worked out for years and never really got too much of a mass increase.

Maybe it is placebo, but I feel more relaxed and alpha, too.  I think my belly fat is shrinking a bit, too.  Only downside is a little acne and it has sent my sex drive through the roof to the point that it is almost painful being around any woman with a nice ass.

The witch hazel technique never really worked for me.   I'm sensitive to A1 so I want to get it all off.  Plus the mone smell wakes me up in my sleep if I can smell it on myself.

This is what I do:

1.   Only apply mones to skin with little hair like neck or inside of forearms/wrists.   Hair traps the smell and nothing you can do will get it out.

2.   Scrub with a hunting soap like "Scent-A-Way".  Don't rinse right away, let it sit on your skin for about a minute then rinse.

3.   Dampen the area with distilled white vinegar.   Rub it in and let it set a minute.   It might burn a little.   Rinse

4.   Finally dampen the area with witch hazel and let soak a minute.   Not sure if this step is needed, but why not.

I found this gets off even the stinkiest stickiest mones.

I must say this formula is crap compared to 2014 year or even 2018 NOS.   

We're witnessing the demise of Alpha Dream in the making.

It seems to be the same story with other products too - "Product XYZ isn't as good as the 201x version"

I doubt the makers are nerfing their products.   My batch of L2k smells VERY strong. 

I wonder if something else is going on.

Is everyone now using low quality raw materials from overseas?

As I mentioned in another thread I finally got my replacement bottle on June 3rd.   For the past week and a half I've been trying L2K while out running errands, etc.

I've worn it to the gym and while out shopping, going out to eat, at the mall - just about everywhere.   

For me, normally, without any mones, I get IOIs here and there, naturally.  Not bragging, this an important baseline for my testing.

While I've been wearing L2K, I have gotten zero IOIs.   Nothing.   Not sensing any repulsion, it just feels like I'm invisible while wearing this stuff.

I wondered if I was ODing, but I wear no more than 2 sprays.   I usually cover it with Molecule 01 as L2K is super stinky.   Perhaps I should try covering it with something else before I write it off.

Now, take my report with a grain of salt because I've struggled to get any results out of any mone I've tried, Wolf being the exception.
