Note: In one study where they used intranasal dosing at 0.8-1.6mcg, there was a significant amount of anxiolysis achieved. Intranasal dosing will of course be more direct, so the amount used should be multiplied for it to be effective.

I have been researching novel pheromone-like compounds by finding compounds with high affinities for VN receptor cells and it seems like Fasedienol has a high affinity (EC50 = 200 nM), which seems quite a bit higher than current pheromones. It may be effective at 3-20mcg based on information available.
