Generally speaking, I would find an A1 with 10-20 MCG of A1, that seems to be ideal. You're right, start with 1-2 sprays of Casanova and some A1 (1-2 sprays, MAX).
Pheromones also have a tendency to BREAKDOWN on people's skin because of heat, sweat, bacteria so cleaning your application points before spraying is a good idea. It may be beneficial to add a layer of cream to your application points as well before adding pheromones to avoid absorbing the pheromones and to help the mones diffuse properly. You Also need to CLEAN your application points AFTERWARDS or it will build up on your skin and cause an overdose effect on others, making them useless. Use a strong pumice soap to clean your app points properly. Witch hazel and/or alcohol helps a lot to.
Here's a good UNISEX blend, that's a little more social: https://pheromonexs.com/Unisexy-pheromones/spray-pheromones-unisexy/BlissXS-Pheromone-spray-Androsterone-Androstenol-DHEA
Here's one that's UNISEX but sexual

This is a fairly aggressive MEN'S BLEND that might work for you, it is sold out however and restocking usually takes 1-2 weeks:

These are the smaller, 10ML versions and only $40, so it's not too pricey and if you like them you can get the larger ones.
But the Casanova you have is a good mix with lots of positive reviews so maybe just stick with the diffusion issues for now. Keep a journal to keep track of your results, only after plenty of trial and error should you try more than 1-2 sprays.
Hi Alix, thank you for taking the time to write such a long reply. Thanks for the links - i have not explored PheromonesXS really, and i see they have a lot of stuff, so i'll have to take my time over them.
I got some feedback that A1 is very masculine so it might not be good for me to add that in.
Thanks for explaining about using cream on application points - so if i use cream, i won't absorb it as much, and that may help with not having reverse imprinting?
Yes, i will use 2 sprays max next time, and i'll document the effects, I will keep a journal. Thank you for the help!
The cream wont stop reverse imprinting necessarilly, but stop absorption and diffusion issues.
I recommended the aggressive mix to just try out, most mixes are for males > females and females > males so you'll have to experiment a bit.
No problem, good luck!
