    While it might seem a little drastic, if you paid by credit card you can file for a chargeback - your photo is more than enough proof for it to be successful. I'm sure they'll reach out to you when they see money deducted from their merchant account.

    Placed an order for L2k v1 2024 today April 29,2024.  I'm looking forward to a pleasant relationship with AD.  I hope I get my package relatively soon and packaged well  (please bubble wrap to ensure no chance of breakage or leaks) as I ordered UPS expedited.

    From my experience I can tell you that AlphaDream don't use bubblewrap for packing, they use some sort of black paper inside the small box for wrapping the bottles and stronger brown paper outside to keep the boxes in place, that's the case when ordering 2 bottles anyway. It seems similar with greedware's order ^
    Currently use: V2 and Certo by Alpha Dream

    Ouch, that's unfortunate! My bottles were fine when I ordered last year but I had 2, so maybe they used more wrapping.

    And regarding emails, I actually mentioned above already but AlphaDream DON'T respond to emails. If I were you I'd try to message them on Instagram, they didn't reply there either but at least they are active there, so probs chances are higher.
    And you could try to message Chris of AD on Facebook as well, tho chances that he replies are slim.

    I think Alpha Dream customer service through email is non existent.I emailed them asking about the versions I had ,no reply after 2 months then proceed to send another 1 for follow up. Still no reply after a week :(

    As long as it's packaged safely.  About how long do you think the wait is to Canada?  When did you last place your order and when did it arrive?

    I'm not very impressed with their lack of shipping speed, so far.

    My order has been sitting in pre-shipping since April 14.

    That's 3 weeks as of today.  Most people get their orders in 2-6 weeks according to what I have read so far.

    I hope they ship mine within reasonable time.  I heard the 2024 is a very good year and if it pans out I'd like to place multiple orders throughout the remainder of this year.

    Last summer and it took 29 days in total but it should really take less to arrive to Canada unless AD spend ages on dispatching it.

    Ordered my L2k April 29th,2024.  It's May 8 right now so it's in preshipment for 9 days. 

    I ordered ups expedited 2 day shipping to
    Canada.

    I asked for tracking number today.  I think it's fair to ask at this point .

    Let's see how long they take to give me the tracking.

    FYI, AD won't send you any info manually but once they hand it over to UPS you get an automatic email with tracking number or something like that.

    I still haven't heard anything from them, and the USPS tracking still shows it in pre-shipment.
