It was my first day back on ABW 5.0x.

Actually I did this after using an AA sub for two days first.

Later on when I tried 5.0x once the AA came back I didn't have similar success.

So I'm seriously considering going the route of the best AA subs along with positive affirmations.

Let me tell you what happened yesterday to me. Once again, I am pheromone free for this whole week.

Yesterday makes it day 10 of me listening to ABW 5.0x as instructed along with the visualisation exercise.

I went to get a coffee after lunch at a large and busy bakery chain of stores.

As soon as I walk in a HB 7.5 young Latina who works behind the counter there locks eyes with me for a couple of seconds. It is a look of lustful attraction in her eyes. I can easily pick up the cues from her pupils and type of eye contact. There are 2 people in front of me in the queue, and 2 servers. She is one of the servers. To me it seemed like she was hurrying through the order with her customer so she could beat the other server so that she could specifically serve me. She did. I was her next customer. She looked me in the eyes and asked me what I wanted. I gave her my takeaway order for coffee. She puts the order through, looks at me, then looks down shyly, then says "I thought you told me something else."  Now in the past I would have gone into my shell in a situation like that, but there was something else going on today, I could tell she couldn't make eye contact and talk to me because the lust and attraction she felt for me was probably something she was shy about, didn't want to make obvious and may have had no control over. I felt emboldened to talk to her, so I asked "Oh, what did you think I said." She looked down shyly once again, like she was a little embarrassed to tell me because at this point it was so obvious to me that she was attracted to me. She looked down and said mumbling and murmuring "I didn't think you said you wanted a flat white, but no I think you did." So, I responded playfully "Of course I did, silly billy." She laughed a girly laugh, looked at me and smiled, then shyly put her head down again, the lust and attraction I don't think she could handle it was probably too much for her being at work in front of her work colleagues and many other people and happy to serve a customer she felt very attracted to.

She turned around to do something in the meantime, I was the last person she served, and there was nobody waiting in line behind me. I could tell from her accent she was from Brazil. She had taken my name for the order, and I kept hearing my name being said by her to her work colleagues. What I could decipher is that she wanted to personally serve me the coffee into my hand in order to get a chance to look at me and talk to me again. She was really urging them to make my coffee as she didn't want to delay. When the coffee was made, I observed that she made sure that she quickly grabbed the cup, so that no one else could get it to serve me, but only her. She handed it to me, gave me lustful puppy-dog doe eyes and smiled at me. We held eye contact for 3 seconds and I wished her a good afternoon in a gentlemanly masculine voice. She whispered back to me "You know you've made my day. You're the first person who has wished me that today, thank you!" So, I said "anytime gorgeous!" She smiled again and shyly looked down. Then I left. I will try going there for coffee another day sometime very soon.

All I could tell was that she is a very shy young girl who showed a lustful fancy to one of her male customers who is older than her. I think she may have been trying to hide her attraction to me, maybe not from me because to me her attraction to me was so very obvious, but from her work colleagues.

Good work!  One thing I've learned is hired guns are not worth picking up , and as you can see it's hard to isolate them to get a number or more.   But they're fine to test your flirting skills on , joke and humour, and see if they are getting turned on more by you than other customers.

In other words will the a1 depression, anger, lethargy etc from the pheromones linger when you go back to doing the subs making progress backfire?

Will mones like AV cause terrible anxiety?  Will CAS cause terrible lethargy?   Will using such mones and the subs make you need to start over with the subs?

Honestly, I love mones but if subs get me all  the results from meet to close I will NOT return to mones and risk my subs progress being halted or effected negatively.

You are NOT supposed to use neither one with the other. And the fact that you are not ready to face your fears/traumas, (by what you said earlier feeling "creeped out" from using SSM) is a testament of what I said in my earlier post (#8). So, if you're more into 'mones because you already get results with some of them, then I suggest you stick with just 'mones. Choosing not to follow this advice will result in poor results, and will actually hinder any progress with either 'mones or subs. Plus, if you read the fine print on each product's page, you're NOT even supposed to mix subs, so choosing to listen to two different subs (SSM & ABW), that have a different set of instructions each, will also hinder your progress.

Subs will NOT change or improve the way you react to certain products like AV, CAS or A-1, as that has to do with neurochemical reactions. Subs do not alter/change your neurochemicals, they are just instructions that go directly to the subconscious mind, in order to change a deeply-rooted behavior (approach anxiety). That behavior is what causes your fear of approaching women and having conversations with them, due to your fear of them rejecting you, and your fear of what others think of you.

When the behavior has been corrected at the subconscious level, the fear will no longer be there, to the point where you'll be able to approach the hottest woman in a public setting, regardless of whether she's surrounded with friends or strangers in a crowded mall/supermarket, etc...because you won't care of what she and/or others think or say about you...because that will no longer be a factor keeping you from accomplishing the goal. And as a result, you'll have a more care-free, approachable, friendly/sociable attitude and body language that women will easily pick up on, and feel totally comfortable in your presence. You'll still have to do your part of presenting yourself, dressing well, having a pleasant personality, etc., but now with an IDGAF way of thinking, free from the previously held beliefs at the subconscious level that manifested in the fear you experienced at the conscious level.

This is what makes all the difference in the world, whether it is with 'mones or subs. That's why AV is such a hard product for a lot of people to use. Is it not that AV isn't good at all, or isn't good for newbies, it's the fact that the AV signature is all about a man that has got his sh!t together, does not care or gives a rat's @ss about what others or the rest of the world thinks, for he is a man of action; a man with a mission, and with a passion to accomplish that mission no matter what life throws at him, carving his own path in the face of opposition, for he is not settling for the subpar b.s. that society has stuffed down the throat of the rest of the world. And that is one of the reasons why most people\newbies experience such failures with AV, because they just don't live up to (not congruent with) the signature. Another reason is due to overdosing, which creates the arrogant "pr!ck" vibe, hence the reason why it's always recommended to start low and up the dosage to find one's "sweet spot". AV is also a product that sticks around for quite a long time, so it is not recommended as a product for daily wear, because doing so will bring about the OD responses. This I consider a positive, because I remember experiencing the so-called next-day "hits" from people in general. And as a result, that will make a bottle of AV last a whole lot longer than other 'mones.

The favorite subs in my collection, are the ones that dig deeply, looking for anything that might create a negative/unwanted behavior at a subconscious level. If I experience a "terrible" nightmare, I don't run from it and stop usage. No, instead I welcome it, because I know that the sub found something that is not going to serve me well in the future, and is attacking whatever that may be at the root, before it creates some sort of issue(s) that will later manifest at the conscious level. And those are the ones I consider my favorites, because they've had the deepest impact on my personal growth.

She is Chinese origin and not a "beautiful woman" as the sub is supposed to help me attract. But still it is something.

Later in the evening 2 HB7s opened me on 2 separate occasions. Both on the footpath in the street. Very brief conversations. Nonetheless, I rarely get one girl open me in my life but tonight I had 2, and both good looking enough.

Can you go into more details into how they opened you?  What do you feel was different about you/them  that made it happen all of a sudden in your entire life?

To me it just might be better attitude on your part.  And as willingness to communicate with women regardless of the outcome whether your pick them up , date them, or score.

Also when women see a man talking to a girl and he looks relaxed and having fun in the process, they too feel like interjecting.  It's not the law of attraction , it the law of jealousy.. She got a slice of apple pie.... where is mine? hahaha

The first girl was when I got out of my car. My father was in the passenger seat. She came up and asked me about the parking restrictions as she was parked in front of me. She had a foreign accent. I just answered her question, then we both left.

The second girl was once again as I got out of my parked car but in a different place and without my father. I locked the door and as I got onto the footpath we were about to collide almost walking into each other at a 90 degree angle. We locked eyes and and she smiled at me for a split second. She was walking her big dog and was clearly in a brisk walk with her dog setting the pace. She told me something about her dog, but it was so quick as she kept on walking briskly. I couldn't tell what she said. No time to stand and chat. I remember saying "it's a lovely dog" or something to that extent before she had already gone. All I recall is that she was about 6ft tall and had an accent which sounded dutch, German, Swedish or south African (I couldn't tell for sure).

Your last paragraph is very true. Women are mostly attracted to already preselected men. It's in their survival nature to want a man who is already in demand and wanted by other women.

I still think that both subs and pheromones can be combined into one giant attraction magnet. Hear me out on this one.

Subs are there for a subconscious reprogramming of your mind. Pheromones are there to trigger the olfactory attraction response from a woman. Yes, whilst there is a bit of crossover, technically they are two different things altogether which can be combined into one synergistic system to help you attract the women of your dreams into your life.

That is the reason I now believe combining them may be the best way to go in future. Especially since I know that ABW 5.0x does not have any pheromonal boost to it.

The one thing I do know is that while the subconscious mind takes a lot of dedication and time to fully reprogram, pheromones can get you results very very quickly without all the time involved with listening to subs.

WRT challenges from other men. I had an interesting encounter on ABW 5.0x earlier this week. Both days I was pheromones free. Late last week I was sitting on a bench in a quiet shopping centre by myself sipping a takeaway coffee when a tall semi-attractive blonde woman walked past me and just stared at me. No smile, no hello, nothing. I looked at her and winked at her, she turned her head and just kept walking.

Fast forward to this week, the same thing happened. I was once again having my takeaway coffee on the same bench in the same place and the same woman walks past from the same direction. She looks at me again for a split second, however this time she is hand in hand with a male. I assume that he is her husband or partner or whatever. Obviously this time I do nothing flirtatious with her, as I do not want to risk a confrontation with the man she is with.
