I have been getting my mones from Aroma Fero for a couple years now and they have consistently delivered with fast shipment and refunds when necessary. My requirements to get my orders through the customs are very dumb like labeling it as something else and declaring low value etc.

Today I contacted them via email because my DP order that was from about a couple weeks ago got stuck in Frankfurt which is probably one of the slowest hubs ever and they sometimes do not update you for over a month with products constantly getting lost. Normally my orders would come straight to my country, Turkey, but this time the route decided to go through Frankfurt first and it got stuck there. Even though this has nothing to do with Aromafero, they decided to ship it again today without even me requesting it.

Also, one time my shipment got stuck in customs and they refunded me immediately even though it was not clear whether they would get the product back or not.

Finally, since they are smaller in size it is easier for the tester products to get through customs. I have seen no difference in quality in their testers and the original products. I wish they had even more testers of other products and maybe pheromonexs products in their line tho (Paulius hope you are reading this lol).
