Now I've reached 15-18 percent fat, together with the supplements it gave almost +30 percent testosterone and a good decrease in estrogen and prolactin.

    2. I periodically use (as prescribed by a doctor) clomiphene for regulating LH and FSH, depending on the tests I can add anastrozole (in general, this is very similar to the therapy of bodybuilders after a course of hormones - such as test and other hormones to accelerate muscle mass gain). From the generally available - Fadogia agrestis, beta ecdysterone, Tribulus. (I will not advise manufacturers, it is better to look at the reviews in your region, because there are a lot of fakes and besides, depending on the batch and raw materials, the percentage of the active substance in the diet may change). Also, do not forget about multivitamins and minerals from time to time. If you lead an active lifestyle or work hard - zinc, it is the first to go to the stove for the production of test.

    3. food.
    maximum protein, minimum carbohydrates (but do not cut to zero, carbohydrates are also needed), omega 3-6-9 type fat (good fat is also needed for dough production), bad fat - sunflower oil or low-quality olive oil - on the contrary, will reduce production. when you can't eat normally - I just pour myself a couple of shakers with protein isolate or casein, adding creatine to it, instead of energy drinks and Coca-Cola - BCA or EEA (now I got cherry from MST - divine).
     Also, your diet should have enough fiber so as not to kill your stomach and support your bifidobacteria, which is better in my opinion: my favorite is celery, some people don't like its taste but it has a lot of useful things for men, including androstenol/androstenone 8)  ;) , but, do not exceed 300-500 grams per day (the slower you go, the further you will get). also cabbage and carrots are constantly in the fridge.
     Sugar...yes, it's good for the brain and blah blah blah, but you can get glucose from an apple, orange or banana. I eliminated sugar from my diet 3 years ago and am infinitely happy about it. When a month ago my "girlfriend for the night" added sugar to my coffee - I just spat it out (the taste of sugar is so disgusting to me now).
     On the topic of coffee - throw away instant coffee, there's nothing good in it, the same can be said about tea bags. If I didn't have money for ground coffee or leaf green tea - I would rather drink just water. You get used to the taste of instant coffee and tea bags, but here it's like with sugar. Give it up and after a while you will understand how disgusting it tastes. if you choose between expensive instant coffee and cheap ground coffee - choose ground coffee)
     Hot and spicy spices, I just love it, plus it also benefits men. but, you also don't need a lot so as not to damage your stomach or as an option - your exhaust can burn through ;D
    Salt is a necessary thing, but it shouldn't be a lot, because it retains water in the body, and water must circulate, because it washes out the waste products of your body through sweat and urine. plus water retention in the body can cause kidney problems.
    well, then about water, I drink about 3-4 liters, + 1.5-2 liters of liquid in the form of protein or BCA. + 0.5-0.7 liters - coffee or green tea. a good indicator is urine, it should be transparent, with a slight tinge of yellow. if you see a stream of yellow or dark yellow color - this is a greeting from your liver and kidneys - they do not have enough liquid to wash what needs to be washed. by the way - tea, coffee, bca and the like - this is just a liquid, the body needs pure water, depending on your weight - from 2 to 3 liters per day. (deviating from the topic - insufficient water intake leads to problems with joints and even the heart...)
     Ketchups, sauces, mayonnaise - I refused it. If I want - I make it myself at home (and it's really tastier than the ones in stores with a bunch of preservatives inside)


      All of the above is not a call to action, it is a recommendation. in any case, if you are not sure, then any diet, any supplements, and even more so any pharmacological substances are better to take only after you have passed the tests and the doctor has confirmed that it will not harm you (a good smart doctor, not this scum that is now mostly found in hospitals and clinics nowadays).
    You also need to develop the habit of taking tests - at least once a year, better once every six months, then you will understand what is wrong with you and will be able to help yourself in time, neglected cases are much more difficult to restore (I know from myself). Now I know every six months tests for male hormones + thyroid hormones + for sexually transmitted diseases. ;D  ;D  ;D
      ++it is better to start taking tests when you are 18-23 - when everything is fine with you and all the tests are good, in this case you will know your good levels of hormones, vitamins, etc. and when you start having problems, you can understand where and what the problem is even without a doctor by comparing the tests, well, doctor will understand the problem and its cause even more. After all, when you start taking tests when everything is already bad, the question arises, how good? to what level do you need to increase or decrease this or that indicator... like that.
      +++ don't forget about your children, or if your son doesn't have enough hormones during puberty to develop according to the male type, then no pheromones and vitamins will help him. (the same applies to girls during puberty)

    It is also worth considering that now the Testo level has decreased (i.e. what was previously considered an average level is now indicated as the norm). ecology, food quality, and even clothing.
