This happened to me as well when I ordered, both seemed to be stuck.

Turned out it was held with US customs (according to the USPS log) for almost 2 weeks before being sent on its way to me.

Like yourself I do not live in the USA, so this may have been the reason why it took a while to get moving. Mine arrived almost a month after it was expected to arrive, so be patient.

So far only got one tracking number and USPS says it should be in my hands by Monday. Interestingly enough, the origination for my shipment is Hawaii - I'm assuming that, unless Garry moved, that they're being shipped directly by him.

Good for you. I'm still waiting. It's close to a month now. My second tracking number was also from Hawaii, by the way.

I'm on the East Coast of the US, I don't know where you are, but if your shipment is international, that likely might be part of the delay.

Today I got the request to pay import taxes for the package. Another ten euro added to the price.

Mistakes unfortunately can happen sometimes but we do our best to provide a pleasant experience.

I did actually make Garry a new site, but he hasn't had the time to accept it and set it up, so royal phero is sort of a satellite for now for those that do not want to email order. Garry does  prefer email orders through him for his long time customers.

And yes everything ships from Garry, made to order.  sometimes there is issues with order management which results in duplicate labels or shit happening, we do our best to avoid issues and we are learning so we appreciate patience and just letting us know if you have any issues so that we can help. 🙏 I am always available to help just email me.

 We are not some huge e-commerce reseller or anything so if theres issue please just let me know.  I'm not on here much so email is better way of getting ahold of me.

In other news, we are working on some new formulas and will be opening up a testing SKU of 4.5mL (three sample tubes) soon for a couple different formulas that are mixed by Garry and designed by a couple members of the community. So that's exciting

Thanks for introducing yourself and letting us know the back story. I'm sure it will be helpful to the pheromone community. And, let me extend a welcome in case I hadn't done so previously.

Though, my experience with e-mailing wasn't great. Multiple times I got short, offensive answers. Like the person (who didn't identify himself or herself in any mail) was trying to pick a fight.

Is it still acceptable to discuss that independently and uncensored here, while the vendor reads along? It feels like I might be banned from Royal Pheromones for giving this real review from this real person, when the vendor doesn't like what I write.

So, would I be forced to lie and sweet talk about a vendor, for not getting banned from it's webshop?

It's a dilemma for me. (And it should be a question everyone here should think about.) How to deal with that?

Unless you do something that crosses a line legally, I believe you have the right to voice your opinions and concerns regarding any product or vendor of your choosing. Likewise, they have the ability to provide their viewpoint as well. We do live in a civilized society.

Mark Dallas had many reasons for not letting vendors in every thread.

I understand that on this forum vendors can see and post in every thread. That makes me a bit on guard with giving my independent and complete reviews and opinion about their products. If more members do so, it can affect the "truth" in "pherothruth", because people will self-censor themselves.

Remember that unless a vendor mentions that they're representing themselves, it's impossible to know. It wasn't until William mentioned being the operator of Royal that I had any connection between the two. With that said, there's nothing saying that any vendor could simply be on the DL and make posts spinning positive light whether they had a bad reputation or not.

This is not whining, this is how it worked on the old forum. For a reason. To stay independent. Instead of defending vendors, members should defend other members.

Understand, but it's possible that members could pull a reverse uno card on a vendor as well. There are always two sides to every story.

Nevertheless, if everyone else wants to have a forum where vendors have more influence (not only to answer questions, but also to do some surveillance of the reviews; even with your real name and address), I can look for some medium that has not the danger of becoming an advertising column, with socially acceptable reviews.

I like my forums with edgy reviews, with opinions that differ, with different kind of people, with users that don't like any vendor.

I get it, believe me. I run a tech forum site (which I may close down shortly due to lack of participation, as it's quite a niche interest area). While I've never had a vendor try to game the system, I've seen members try to defend a vendor when the product and the science behind it didn't hold much water. As I said before, as long as it doesn't cross some sort of legal boundary, I hope everyone will be truthful in their reviews and other correspondence here on PT 2.0 while sharing their experiences publicly.

OK, back to the subject at hand. Today, I was able to retrieve my package from Royal (shipped via Garry). Everything was well packed to survive USPS, and I also received four sample vials of products, which wasn't something I was counting on. At least for me, the experience was good.

Ordered possess alpha and nude from Royal Pheromones. Delivery to the UK took just over 2 weeks.

The tracking is weird as fook. I received 3 tracking numbers, one said the package has been delivered to an address in NY, another didn't work until the package arrived in the UK. The vendor was responsive to the emails I sent, but still not sure I understood it. I guess the pheros are shipped to the US, and someone mamually ships to the UK from there?

Not tested yet, but the PA smells like PA. EDIT: I take this back. It doesn't smell like Posess (D&G the one), it's a soapy vetivert scent, more like Voodoo than Possess.

One downside though is that I lost about a third of the bottle of PA. @Vendor: Probably wise to apply tape around the bottle lids if you're shopping them by air.

Just wanted to drop in and answer any questions.  I hope you're all having a blessed holiday season.

For fulfillment , Garry and Carla handles all the shipping.  I'll let them know about the possess bottle if you could email me order info.  If that ever happens please reach out. Last I ordered for personal use it  was taped. I wonder if customs may be took it off or if Carla changed it up.  If you'd like we can send out some samples sizes to replenish.

All shipping is automatically emailed out to you so as long as you use a real email address you will have received tracking numbers with your orders.  It's possible shopify email is missing sometimes I've heard other vendors complain of this.  I'll look into it.

I feel you on the weird shipping parts.  We have been experimenting with a new provider and it's caused some confusion with order fulfillment.  It's essentially a aggregator that utilizes ground advantage to a warehouse then first class package world wide. It's proven to be reliable but really weird tracking.

We have had some issues with USPS losing some orders.  It's really tough to audit all of them but I try to do so periodically.

And don't worry I'm not going to ban anyone. I'm fairly certain I know the interaction you're referring too high level and if it's who I think it was, yes it was a misinterpretation, taken as a threat, and caught me on a bad day. I could've handled differently.  So maybe we can start over, I'm not usually one to be short of rude just stretched very thin. Not an excuse. I hope you can accept my apology.

The epaq shipping provider... I have added back in the option of regular first class package, and for less confusion I'm considering dropping the epaq even though it allows me to offer $13 worldwide shipping vs 16-25+ usps first class in some instances.

Keep in mind it's just me then Carla and Garry in Hawaii right now, smoothing out the processes, and there arr occasionally issues when we we're starting up first few months and then issues with USPS. 

We don't have much control over orders once they are sent out but everything is sent out as essential oil in fats with no alcohol listed on them for best chance of no issues with customs. Also we mark it as about $5 per item on customs for minimal taxes.

 We've been pretty fortunate so far to have minimal reships, but if it's not brought to my attention that a package is lost there is a good chance I will not be able to tell because of how packages don't get scanned often when entering another country. So please let me know if any issues.

And thank you Johnny for the welcome.  As I said in another post I was velinxs in the original PT back in 2013-2015 era and I see a lot of familiar faces which is super cool. It's good to be back.

I've been slowly and methodically guiding people to pherotruth, as well as reddit to help grow the community.  I do this not just because it's good for business but because pheromones and pherotruth are something that personally changed my life ten years ago, and now I get the opportunity to help new guys with better living through pheromones.
