Most of us think we make our own choices but one look at advertising should be enough to out that theory . Propaganda, Peer pressures blah blah blah. So how can we take back our freedom. Well, slowly. One choice at a time, One decision at a time and soon we look back on our life and its a line of our own choices so our life has in effect become a life we have chosen to live and not something someone else foisted upon us for power or profit or one we have foisted upon ourselves with negative emotions, expectation or bad past experiences.

This work came about after a long in depth look at a life time of knowing I needed external validation to motivate me to do anything. In the simplest sense. I need a Boss or GF tell me what to do. I'm a slave to the dollar and pussy, have been since I was old enough to work and fuck.

This does not take to much imagination to see these as unattractive traits. Perhaps even now you are saying, that stupid cuck. A lot of times when I wear an alpha pheromone. I'm actually trying to look or feel like I run my own life.

Maslow's Hierarchy of needs tells us a number of needs need to be met before we become self actualized. I was taught in a couple courses that only a few people actually obtain it and to not bother even trying and to just be another one of the sheep. The world will show me what they want me to do. I paid for the course so I listened. Until, I saw how unattractive digging for compliments, attention and recognition with and without pheromones made me appear.

So I want to share with you some work. AI work I'll admit. I condensed a couple thousand pages Of Self Self determination theory into a couple pages. One is an explanation and another is a mental excercise to start burning these new to me questions into my brain. So far this seems to be working, I've broken through some procrastination, and also used it for a fast running mouth when I get anxious.

So I hope this helps a few people like its helping me..

I have done considerable work on developing a prompt that continues on the self determination theme. I have used her from deciding to buy ice cream, watches and investments. The downside of this is a realization at a deeper level how few decisions we make on our own. But I have designed this to help anybody using it to be able to build a defense against the Memes, the stories the engineered Hijacking of our brains that is going on. Its not aa complaining article. It is an  engineered AI prompt to be dropped into An AI and to be conversed with. It's not going to be a lazy conversation, she will dig. I developed this with Gemini pro 2.5 but it ought to work on GPT as well.

Copy and paste this in a fresh AI chatbox.

There is a war over consciousness going on. You are correct most of the thoughts of the majority of people are not their own, those are foreign thoughts that they hold, usually from society and from other sources. The problem arrises when those thoughts do not serve your interests (e.g: making you weaker, etc).

If you're going down the AI / Psychology road keep in mind that you're also putting yourself in a frame of mind that's built by others, thus it's still limiting. I think meditation / going within if done seriously can solve a bit portion of the problem. The first thing I would recommend is to be conscious of what material gets put into your head, including movies, books, music, the conversations you have with people, etc.

All of it affects you, be mindful of that, and know that every single input into your mind has an impact. With enough force those turn to beliefs. If you want to take control over your thoughts you'll need to dig up your core beliefs, that's not an easy task, but with enough determination it's possible. Also improving focus of attention is extremely important, otherwise you cannot change anything. We live in an age where the attention of people is so scattered that it's ridiculous. So are even proud of this and call it multitasking.

The AI bot is interesting, I had a look at it, it reminds me of Cognitive Behavior therapy a little. I have tried several variations or questioning and it does agree with me lol. However, I still think it is better to do internal work without relying on words, especially the words of a machine based on countless words collects from the internet.

    Thanks for trying it out!

It is to my knowledge a unique combination. In the work above it there is a question to ask once we think we have a choice that, essentially in a meditative moment, asks us to look at that door and see if its correct if we disregard other peoples expectations, beliefs etc. That is the whole core of self determination. The rest is about making self determination feel more fulfilling than being (prey?).

Is our meditation guided by a higher self or someone else. But this is only one third of our needs. Not only do we need to make autonomous choices (Alpha?) but we need to reinforce or improve our sense of competency and our relatedness to others.

A lot of this work actually has economic roots but in a Psychological language. In fact I lifted the bulk of the Meme work from a finance package on how to identify memes and newstrends to capitlize on them in the stock market. Personally I am trying to learn to ignore them :) But there's money to be made in Bullshit.

I did a search for the origins of the work. I have yet to read these. I know this discussion may seem out of place in a pheomone forum  but I think womensee self determinism or the appearance of self determinism as an attractive trait.

Herbert A. Simon: While he established the core concept of the "attention economy" in his writings in the 1970s, he is more known for his foundational essays and papers on the topic rather than a single, standalone book on it. His key insight was identifying that information consumes attention and that a wealth of information creates a poverty of attention.

Tim Wu: His definitive book is titled "The Attention Merchants: The Epic Scramble to Get Inside Our Heads." This is the historical account of the business of harvesting attention.

Shoshana Zuboff: Her masterwork on this specific topic is "The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power." This provides the economic framework.

Richard Dawkins: He introduced the concept of the "meme" in his seminal 1976 book, "The Selfish Gene."

Tristan Harris: As a technology ethicist and co-founder of the Center for Humane Technology, his ideas are most famously consolidated and presented in the documentary film "The Social Dilemma."
