Questions prior purchasing from PXS

Hi, Im going to purcase some products from the US store. Their EU shop doesn't have my items in stock.

Do they declare correct value for customs ?

Everytime I shop from outside EU, local customs are giving me bs. I need to know how much money to prepare for them now 

If I choose the most expensive shipment that one with insurance, does the insurance cover the ammount paid in case the package got seized  ??

I will be purchasing some single molecules and putatives so local courier/customs may have to say something. I doubt they will seize it, they are hungry jackals here, but may ask some astronomical money for the none and rest, and in such case I would give up the package if insurance covers it...

Allright  At least have someone from Europe purchased from the US site single molecules or putatives without paying more than the VAT itself ?

I don't wanna throw $400 at air and PXS support are not answering me too

My orders have always shown the correct values and you should assume the same.

I never go above 100 to 120 dollars per order and always choose the cheapest delivery option. I never paid any customs duties

This varies from country to country. In Germany, for example, the tax-free allowance is 22 euros. Anything over this amount is subject to customs duties.

Ye, Ill have to pay VAT surely, but wanted to know if these single molecules like androstenone or putatives could be held for extra charge? I checked local customs but their description is so vague so it can be interpret as they see fit.

Anyway, thanks for answers! Might be a good idea to purchase single items one by one with cheapest delivery.

Ok, now I've understood what you want to know. But I don't know that it was ever the case with anyone.

I did some weeks ago, as i reported in an other post and nothing to say about PXS, fast service and choosing the 3/5 days shipment it arrived earlier than the other times i ordered from EuphoricXS. But for a 80 Euro Evolve bottle i paid something like 150 Euro. Never again, or at least you have to talk with PXS before in order to separate the delivery from the product price or something else because, here in Italy at least, the taxes are too much, if calculated on the total price.

the thing is when I purchase anything from outside EU they ask me to describe the product lol. And if I purchase now something named evolve i could describe it just as ''parfume'' but if it's named let's say alpha-androstenol what should I tell them. Well I will write ''parfume'' again and hopefully will pass. Will report back after my purchase.
