Apex Customer Service Appreciation

    I ordered core and orbital from apex last month. there was some problem during the shipping and the order got stuck (most proabably for USPS side). so i contacted Apex through mail, Got the reply within a day about the status of my order. they also said if they don't receive any response from USPS, they'll reship a new order at my place free of cost. So, i'm really impressed with APEX's customer service (Mostly because it wasn't even their fault at all). Thanks guys

    I ordered Orbital a few weeks ago and they shipped it to me the next day.

    I've also emailed them twice with questions, and Mike emailed me back within an hour each time.

    I, too, appreciate Apex's excellent customer service.
