Placed an order with expedited shipping on March 22nd.

Got an order confirmation email but then no shipping notification.  On March 27th I emailed them about the order.

I got a tracking number email on March 28th.  But that tracking number is still in "Label Created" as of today, which means the label was paid for but the package hasn't been scanned by UPS yet.  Sent them another email a couple days as it is well past 2 weeks.  Also tried their chat on their webpage.  No response.

Pretty disappointing.

I ordered something from AF with non-expedited shipping and got it in only 1.5 weeks. and they're 5700 miles away in Estonia and AlphaDream is only 99 miles from me  :P

Oh but I am getting automated spam emails from them to buy more stuff  >:(

I have to be honest, it's stories of customer service (or slowness with it) that makes be apprehensive about posting coupon / discount codes for them. It seems that for quite a while that service has been a bit lackluster.

Actually AlphaDream don't reply to emails at all, their customer service sucks. But in this case products and customer service are 2 totally different things...

However, my last order took 29 days to arrive in total and it took AD 15 days to actually hand the products over to USPS, so I wouldn't lose hope yet, though it seems it's taken 3 weeks in your case.

Also, AromaFero is actually in Lithuania  ;)

My order arrived today.   I knew something wasn't right because something was rattling inside the box.

As I opened the inner box, my heart sank.  The bottle was broken at the neck.  The sprayer and the neck were broken clean off.   Not a drop of juice left.   :'(

The outer box and the inner box were fine, I just think they didn't put sufficient padding inside the inner box.

Anyway, I sent pics to their sales@ email address and the website chat.

Does anyone have any other email addresses for them?

I was really looking forward to trying out L2K.

Let us know how you make out. It's disappointing that they didn't take enough care to pack the order right. Who was the carrier? UPS? USPS?

Please let us know if they rectify the situation. I bought all the men's products around Christmas and they arrived quickly and safely through USPS... Hopefully, I wasn't just lucky.

I emailed them Wednesday.   No reply.

As for myself, I ordered some LIIK from them seven days ago, and it's still in pre-shipment.  They sure take their sweet time.

And you could try to message Chris of AD on Facebook as well, tho chances that he replies are slim.

While it might seem a little drastic, if you paid by credit card you can file for a chargeback - your photo is more than enough proof for it to be successful. I'm sure they'll reach out to you when they see money deducted from their merchant account.

I think Alpha Dream customer service through email is non existent.I emailed them asking about the versions I had ,no reply after 2 months then proceed to send another 1 for follow up. Still no reply after a week :(

As long as it's packaged safely.  About how long do you think the wait is to Canada?  When did you last place your order and when did it arrive?

I'm not very impressed with their lack of shipping speed, so far.

That's 3 weeks as of today.  Most people get their orders in 2-6 weeks according to what I have read so far.

I hope they ship mine within reasonable time.  I heard the 2024 is a very good year and if it pans out I'd like to place multiple orders throughout the remainder of this year.

Last summer and it took 29 days in total but it should really take less to arrive to Canada unless AD spend ages on dispatching it.

Just tried to order seem they don't ship to the uk and aroma does not want to deal with them anymore  :-X

Ordered my L2k April 29th,2024.  It's May 8 right now so it's in preshipment for 9 days. 

I ordered ups expedited 2 day shipping to
Canada.

I asked for tracking number today.  I think it's fair to ask at this point .

Let's see how long they take to give me the tracking.

FYI, AD won't send you any info manually but once they hand it over to UPS you get an automatic email with tracking number or something like that.

I still haven't heard anything from them, and the USPS tracking still shows it in pre-shipment.

I hate to say this, but this discourages me from wanting to order anything from them. I don't know how others feel this doesn't bode well for them.

Wait a minute they gave you a tracking number?  I didn't get that far yet.  I was told by another member ups expedited 2 days send you tracking from ups not AD.

A mini update: I wrote them another email two days ago and still have not heard anything back from them.  It is feeling more and more like they took my money and ran with it.

They definitely have fallen far from their glory days.  First time I dealt with them was in the mid 2010's, and it only took them within a week to ship it, cost I think half what it costs now, and had the Leather & Steel scent.

I filed a dispute with my bank. 

I ordered L2k on April 29, 2024.  Today is May 13 , 2024.  It's exactly 2 weeks and no tracking .

I ordered by UPS expedited 2 day.

Today, I just sent a private message to AD on their facebook and Instagram account pages.  I asked them to send tracking number.  I am hoping they read my messages there and reply back to me asap through the email address I left to them.

I found a phone number for them from a 10 year old post on PT 1.0, but it was disconnected.

The office address listed on their website is not too far from me in norcal, but a little google maps recon shows it is just a small garage, plus my ill-fated shipment came from GA.

How long ago did you order?   I got a tracking number at T+14 days and then it arrived at T+29.   I paid for expedited UPS but it was sent ground.

It says how long ago I ordered just four posts up!  It's been T+16 days and I haven't even gotten tracking to Canada!

Sent a message through AD's website using my cellphone this time asking for tracking as of today for my parcel ordered April 29th, 2024.

For the record this is my third time trying to contact them since my purchase.  Yes I'm keeping tabs and a log in this thread.

I hope I will receive a response soon enough.  I don't want to have to file a dispute with my bank unless absolutely necessary.

Today May 18th , 2024 I sent an email to AD asking them to cancel and refund my L2k.

I gave them untik May 24th, 2024 to do so.

If I do not receive the refund by then I told them I would file a dispute with my bank immediately thereafter.

Looks like they just take people's money and run....

Looks like Alpha Dream has become a "No Longer Recommend" as far as pheromone vendors go. It's too bad as folks had claimed to have success with their products, but their lack of customer service, from shipping to fulfilling orders, speaks volumes.

Doesn't make sense for them to treat customers like this... they try to have subscriptions on their website... if they're not going to fulfill orders and just take money... why bother... it seems they go through periods like this and then other times they actually do ship.

I used PayPal and standard usps shipping and immediately had an order of Alfa Maschio, Certo, L2K, & V2 dispatched in September.

I finally got my LIIK in the mail today.  It took over a month and getting my bank involved to receive it. 

I emailed AD this morning telling them to cancel and refund my L2k before May 24th or I too would file a dispute with my bank.

Thing is AD may say it's already shipped in which case if I receive it before May 24th I won't file a dispute but if I don't get it by then and haven't heard back from them by email I will file a dispute with my bank immediately thereafter.

Less than six months ago, they dispatched my order the next day and I received it the same week via standard shippIng.

It's really insane how your transaction has gone with them.
It was less than six months, where I made an order and received my order within a week via standard shipping.

To me this pretty much seals the deal as far as I'm concerned. Whether their products are good or not, if they can't support their customers I can't see throwing any money their way.

As I have stated more than once they don't reply to emails at AlphaDream, so their customer service is non-existant, not sure why is that, maybe they just haven't hired anyone for that position.

When I ordered I used PayPal to make sure I get my money back if things go wrong. Fortunately I got my products alright (though it took 29 days) and Amara was the one who dispatched them, not Chris like a few years ago.

Tommorrow marks 4 weeks since order date of L2K with 2 day ups expedited shipping.

I even filed a dispute with my bank a week ago to get a move on or as a last resort a refund.

Still nothing... no tracking... no communication.... No parcel...

As far as I'm aware it's still in pre shipment.

I would definitely want to try LIIK one day but not with those wait times just for it to ship.

I don't know what is causing these issues. They were not dispatching like this earlier this year.

I ordered L2k on April 29, 2024 by two day UPS expedited shipping and never even got as  much as a tracking number from AD.  I tried to contact them numerous times but nada.

I filed a dispute with my bank on May 20, 2024, SIXTEEN (16) calendar days ago.

Today June 4 I got a message from my bank, "Hello Dsouza we are still currently working to resolve the dispute with the seller.  Please be patient.  It may take up to another 3 weeks.  We will be in touch with you should we need any more information from you.".

By now your bank should have given you a provisional credit on your balance. Here in the US this is the case, not sure about your region. They shouldn't be dragging their ass in doing so - it doesn't take that long. You may have to contact the agency who governs banks to get them to cut bait and do something.

The banking system totally sucks, as they should be helping the consumer. 4 weeks for a chargeback is totally unacceptable. 3 months to resolve a dispute is just as unacceptable. My bank has the credit back on my card in less than a week and a merchant dispute no more than 30 days!

As far as AD goes, they're banned from my own consideration for the foreseeable future. One would have to be crazy to give them any money, especially with what have been outlined here.

I want to make it clear after all the headache I've gone through I still want the outcome of my banks dispute to send me L2k as a first option, refund as a last option.

I don't trust them anymore by the way they've treated customers in this thread. What's to say you're not going to end up with a bottle of nothing?

I followed up with the dispute center at my bank today asking them why I haven't received my product yet and told them it is a simple thing , it hasn't been shipped get them to ship it to me immediately with the super fast UPS 2 day expedited shipping I PAID for.   

As a LAST resort I'll be looking into a refund.

Let see if my bank get's a move on with this case.  They're being lacadasical themselves.

I mean if a company is this shady, how can you even trust what you are getting in the bottle has pheromones in it anymore?

I don't think Chris is intentionally scammy, he's just very not on top of things. I believe it's his girlfriend who's the responsible one that would ship stuff quickly in the past. Possibly they are going though some stuff or she's busy with something else now.

Here's some facts...

I ordered L2k 2024 on April 29, 2024.  It still hasn't arrived.  I ordered 2 day UPS expedited shipping.  How long has it been? 54 days. Yeah I counted.

I opened and filed a dispute with my bank on May 20, 2024.

It is now June 21, almost 5 weeks,  and my bank hasn't solved the case. 

I have yet to see an outcome.  No l2k. No refund.

I am beyond pissed.  I feel abandoned.

You're fighting two different battles, one with Alpha and one with your local banking institution. If I recall you're not in the US, where we have many more options to put pressure on both merchants as well as banking institutions. I hope things improve in your situation.

If nothing else, we've learned about the current state of business with this vendor and I had mentioned before, no matter how well their products might work, their attention to customer service is quite lacking. Educated consumers can now make their own decisions on whether to patronize this merchant. After Dsouza's experience, I know it's never again for me, personally.

Now July 09, 2024 ... A refund was posted to my visa on May 21.  I ordered from AD April 29, 2024.

I have been waiting from May 20, 2024 to today July 9, 2024 for resolution for the dispute from my bank.  In the emails they told me they were still looking into it.  I got pissed called them up and demanded an answer.  They said ignore dispute (1.5 months later they tell me this) we see a credit was applied to your card on May 21, 2024.

All in all a very bad experience from AD.   And my bank.

I recommend no one go through what I  went through.

If their customer service (or lack of it) is an indication I'd say put a fork in it, they're done.

Alpha Dreams website and email are down and unresponsive... maybe they really are gone

Such a bummer, glad i got some before they closed.

I almost ordered a week ago then saw  this thread. Glad i changed my mind and ordered from SteveO.
